{"id":1753,"date":"2024-07-05T15:10:45","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T15:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmllanura.com\/?p=1753"},"modified":"2024-07-05T15:10:46","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T15:10:46","slug":"el-concejo-deliberante-de-parera-adhirio-a-la-ley-provincial-de-alcohol-0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmllanura.com\/?p=1753","title":{"rendered":"El Concejo Deliberante de Parera adhiri\u00f3 a la Ley Provincial de Alcohol 0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fmllanura.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1757\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El Concejo Deliberante de Parera sancion\u00f3 la ordenanza mediante la cual adhiere a la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 3466 de Alcohol Cero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En su articulado, la normativa establece:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u2022Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba: Adherir en todos sus t\u00e9rminos a la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 3466 de Alcohol Cero, que como anexo forma parte de la presente.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022Art\u00edculo 2\u00ba: Aplicar lo especificado en el art\u00edculo 107 del C\u00f3digo Municipal de Faltas: Ordenanza N\u00ba 11-2008 que determina lo siguiente:&nbsp;<strong>El conductor de un veh\u00edculo que condujere en estado de intoxicaci\u00f3n alcoh\u00f3lica, o bajo los efectos de sustancias psicotr\u00f3picas, no recetadas, ser\u00e1 sancionado con multa&nbsp;<\/strong>de trescientas unidades fijas (300 U.F.) a tres mil unidades fijas (3.000 U.F.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>En caso de reincidencia, y sin perjuicio de la pena pecuniaria correspondiente, podr\u00e1 disponer la accesoria de inhabilitaci\u00f3n temporal de ciento ochenta (180) d\u00edas hasta diez (10) a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Concejo Deliberante de Parera sancion\u00f3 la ordenanza mediante la cual adhiere a la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 3466 de Alcohol Cero.
