El a\u00f1o pasado se hab\u00eda brindado tambi\u00e9n de manera presencial en el SUM municipal con un importante n\u00famero de asistentes.La capacitaci\u00f3n \u00abManipulaci\u00f3n Segura de Alimentos\u00bb fue dictada por la Ing. Daniela Raab, qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 a cargo del \u00e1rea de Bromatolog\u00eda Municipal.Tal como se hab\u00eda anunciado, con inscripci\u00f3n previa y cupos limitados, en el sal\u00f3n de actos municipal se est\u00e1 dictando el curso de obtenci\u00f3n de carnet de manipulador de alimentos destinado a emprendedores que trabajan en la elaboraci\u00f3n y venta de comidas.El carnet de manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos es \u00fanico e intransferible, reemplaza la libreta sanitaria, es obligatorio para todas aquellas personas que manipulan alimentos para su elaboraci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n y tiene una vigencia de tres (3) a\u00f1os.Para obtener el carnet se necesita que los asistentes cuenten con el certificado de vacunaci\u00f3n completa, el cual debe solicitarse en el centro de salud de la localidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Una nueva capacitaci\u00f3n para la obtenci\u00f3n del carnet de Manipulaci\u00f3n Segura de Alimentos se realiz\u00f3 este mi\u00e9rcoles en Parera.
