La misma fue calificada como insuficiente por la UTELPa, solicitando una mejora.Oferta oficial:Se trata de un aumento escalonado sobre la escala salarial, compuesto por dos componentes principales que implican un incremento por encima de la inflaci\u00f3n:1. Aumento por inflaci\u00f3n: Se aplicar\u00e1 un incremento equivalente a la inflaci\u00f3n del mes anterior, seg\u00fan el \u00edndice IPC-INDEC de la regi\u00f3n pampeana. Esto asegura que el salario se mantenga actualizado frente a la evoluci\u00f3n inflacionaria.2. Recomposici\u00f3n adicional: se ofrece un porcentaje de recomposici\u00f3n real que se sumar\u00e1 al aumento por inflaci\u00f3n. Este porcentaje ser\u00e1 del 2% en febrero, 1.5% en marzo y 1.5% en abril.\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el impacto total?La propuesta de recomposici\u00f3n real acumulativa alcanza un 5,08%, que se suma a los aumentos por inflaci\u00f3n.
