La causa est\u00e1 a cargo del fiscal Guillermo Komarofky, quien brind\u00f3 detalles sobre las primeras actuaciones en el lugar del hecho.Seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 el propio fiscal a INFOPICO.COM, tom\u00f3 conocimiento del suceso aproximadamente a la 1:30 de la madrugada a trav\u00e9s de personal de la Comisar\u00eda Tercera. El joven fue encontrado por sus familiares, quienes inmediatamente dieron aviso al Servicio de Emergencias M\u00e9dicas (SEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al constituirse en el domicilio, ubicado en las inmediaciones de la calle 117 bis y 4, el personal del SEM constat\u00f3 el fallecimiento del muchacho. A ra\u00edz de esto, el fiscal Komarofky solicit\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica, que trabaj\u00f3 en el lugar para realizar las pericias correspondientes.\u201cEstoy esperando los resultados de la autopsia que la realiza el m\u00e9dico forense Gustavo Ferreyra\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el funcionario judicial.
