Seg\u00fan expuso el damnificado, tom\u00f3 conocimiento de que animales de su propiedad habr\u00edan sido trasladados sin autorizaci\u00f3n y puestos a la venta en un remate realizado en la localidad de Algarrobo del \u00c1guila.Lo vio por YouTubeDe acuerdo a la presentaci\u00f3n, el hecho fue advertido luego de que un familiar observara, a trav\u00e9s de una transmisi\u00f3n en vivo por YouTube, el remate organizado por una firma consignataria en la Feria Municipal de Algarrobo. En las im\u00e1genes difundidas, el denunciante asegur\u00f3 haber reconocido animales de su propiedad, junto con otros que tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 le pertenec\u00edan.Seg\u00fan consta en la denuncia incorporada a la causa, los vacunos se encontraban en un predio rural bajo contrato de pastoreo y no exist\u00eda autorizaci\u00f3n alguna para su traslado o venta. A\u00fan no est\u00e1 definida la cantidad de faltante, pero la cifra rondar\u00eda de 30 a 40 animales vacunos.Intervenci\u00f3n judicial y allanamientosLa investigaci\u00f3n es llevada adelante por la fiscal Paula Duscher , titular de la Fiscal\u00eda de General Acha.
