Esta propuesta surgi\u00f3 como un complemento de la oferta que se hab\u00eda efectuado el pasado 23 de febrero.El esquema aprobado establece un aumento del 6,4 por ciento, de car\u00e1cter remunerativo y bonificable, a partir del 1 de marzo. Este porcentaje se compone de un 2,9 por ciento correspondiente a la inflaci\u00f3n estimada de febrero, un 1,5 por ciento como anticipo del \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) de marzo, y un 2 por ciento en concepto de recomposici\u00f3n salarial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, a partir del 1 de abril se aplicar\u00e1 un ajuste mediante una cl\u00e1usula gatillo trimestral. Esta medida complementar\u00e1 el IPC de marzo y garantizar\u00e1 un incremento real del 2 por ciento en el trimestre. De este modo, el aumento salarial para dicho per\u00edodo alcanzar\u00e1 el 10,95 por ciento, contemplando un IPC estimado para marzo del 2,9 por ciento.En cuanto al salario m\u00ednimo garantizado, el acuerdo paritario fija la suma de 1.200.000 pesos a partir del 1 de abril.
