El acuerdo, que cumple con el cronograma pautado, garantiza la continuidad productiva y laboral en el yacimiento.El acto de la firma se llev\u00f3 a cabo en las oficinas de Pampetrol y fue presidido por su titular, Mar\u00eda de los \u00c1ngeles Roveda, quien estuvo acompa\u00f1ada por miembros del Directorio y de la Sindicatura. Por parte de la empresa adjudicataria, la r\u00fabrica del documento estuvo a cargo de su socio gerente, Pablo Ribeiro.La firma se concret\u00f3 en estricto cumplimiento de las fechas establecidas en el Cronograma de la Convocatoria P\u00fablica. Este hito marca la culminaci\u00f3n de un proceso de selecci\u00f3n que inici\u00f3 en el mes de mayo, en el marco de la Ley N\u00b03639, en el cual Ribeiro SRL result\u00f3 adjudicataria tras presentar la oferta m\u00e1s conveniente.A partir de la suscripci\u00f3n del contrato, se inician las tareas de pre-transici\u00f3n definidas en el cronograma de operaci\u00f3n adjudicado. La empresa Ribeiro SRL asumir\u00e1 el control del yacimiento a partir del pr\u00f3ximo 19 de junio a las 06:00 horas.El acuerdo asegura la preservaci\u00f3n irrestricta de las fuentes laborales al exigir la continuidad de la totalidad del personal y subcontratistas actuales.
